Custom kids' yoga wear made to your spec
Closswim is a kids activewear manufacturer with its own factory in China, producing children's sportswear and kids yoga sets for brands in Europe and the US since 2009. Kids need clothes that stretch, breathe and survive endless washing, so we develop each style for comfort and durability first — then add the colors and prints that make children want to wear them.

Fabrics and Custom Details
We mainly use soft polyester/spandex and nylon/spandex with good recovery, choosing breathable, moisture-wicking knits for sport and brushed, cotton-touch finishes for everyday wear. Recycled polyester and nylon are available. For children's comfort we recommend soft or covered elastic waistbands, flat seams, printed tagless labels and chin guards on jacket zips. You can customize prints, Pantone colors, logo placement, woven labels, hang tags and packaging, and we can extend styles into matching adult versions for family collections.
How Ordering Works
MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color and 400 pieces per order (±10%). Samples take 7 days after the design and fabric are confirmed, and the USD 50–150 sample fee is refunded on bulk orders. Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks. As a kids activewear manufacturer, we can also help you plan size splits across age groups and arrange third-party lab testing for your target market before shipment.
Kids' Yoga Wear FAQ
What sizes do you offer for kids' activewear?
We grade to your size chart, whether it runs by age (for example 3–4Y up to 13–14Y) or by height in centimetres, as is common in Europe. If you don't have a chart, we can propose one from our children's base patterns for you to review. Fit is checked on the sample before we grade the full range.
Can you avoid drawcords and small parts for younger children?
Yes. For younger age groups we use fully elasticated waistbands instead of drawcords and avoid detachable decorations. Where a drawcord is part of the design, we follow the length and placement rules of the standard you specify, such as EN 14682, and zips and trims can be tested at a third-party lab.
Can the fabrics be tested for chemical safety?
Yes. We can send fabric or finished garments to an independent third-party lab to test against the requirements you specify, such as REACH restrictions in the EU or CPSIA requirements in the US. Share your testing needs at the quotation stage so we can plan time for testing in the production schedule.
