Our process
Eight steps, one team. Here is exactly what happens after you send us your inquiry.
01Contact us
After you send an inquiry, share some basic sketches, design files or photos. We'll discuss style details, fabrics, trims and technical requirements with you.
02Fabric selection
We send you photos and videos of fabrics so you can see and understand the materials and how suitable they are, plus color card photos to choose your colors.
03Sample development
No need to be a production expert or spend weeks on a detailed tech pack — basic sketches or photos are enough. We start sampling and send you photos of the prototype.
04Quotation
Once the sample meets your requirements and is approved, we send you a quotation. After receiving the deposit, we purchase fabrics and start the bulk production process.
05Pre-production sample
The first piece made on the actual production line, using the real fabrics and trims and following the order specifications exactly — sizes, embroidery and washing included.
06Bulk production
When you're happy with the pre-production sample, bulk production starts as soon as we receive your approval.
07Quality inspection & control
After production, our QC team inspects the goods and only passes them to packing when there are no issues. Anything that needs fixing is repaired before it reaches the packing department.
08Packing & shipping
The final stage! We help you with the shipping documents and arrange delivery of your products right to your door.

Woven damask, printed cotton, satin, TPU, embossed microfiber, silicone and heat-transfer labels, plus biodegradable kraft hang tags and booklet labels — choose what fits your brand.

What you need to know
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color, and 400 pieces per order. The exact quantity depends on fabric purchasing requirements and cost, and we'll confirm it with you in advance. Depending on quantity, a tolerance of about 10% is normal.
What are your lead times?
Bulk production takes 2–4 weeks. Samples are made within 7 days after all designs and fabrics are confirmed.
How much does a sample cost?
Depending on the complexity of the style and the fabric cost, the sample fee is USD 50–150 per piece. We refund the sample fee when you place a bulk order for that style.
What products can you make?
Swimwear, yoga wear, sun-protection wear and wetsuits, as well as other sportswear. Thanks to our flexible supply chain we also produce knit tops, sports dresses, woven pants and casual fashion.
Can you add my logo and labels?
Yes. We offer private label with your logo printed or embroidered, custom woven or printed care labels, hang tags and packaging.
Do I need a tech pack to get started?
No. Basic sketches or reference photos are enough to start. Our designers and pattern makers turn them into a sample and send you photos for approval.
